What do you get in a free adventure guide?
The adventure guide is essentially an in-depth, meticulously researched, downloadable itinerary and resource booklet. It will allow you to plan and enjoy your own self guided adventure trip though options for tour companies are provided where applicable.
What is provided to you is many day’s worth of research on some of the planets most interesting areas at no cost. Who has the time to look into all the details, nuances and “what to do and not to do”? We did and it’s yours now to read and pass along to anyone you think might find it worthwhile.
Each itinerary and adventure guide has been extensively researched both on the ground and on the web with the goal of making it EXTREMELY easy for you to book a trip of your own.
Each adventure guide covers the following sections:
- Trip overview
- Suggested itinerary and options
- Detailed route notes and a map
- Transportation choices for coming and going
- Accommodation choices
- Restaurants
- Notable additional physical or cultural activities
- Packing lists
- Banking, cell phone and internet availability
- Links to relevant websites
- Tour operators offering similar itineraries
So start dreaming and check back regularly as new biking, hiking and adventure guides will be added occasionally.
Please note that if you download a guide you well get two to ten newsletters per year – on the topic of travel only – though likely only four or five.
